FearBurster has organized a National Level workshop on Microcontrollers...!!!

The FearBurster team has successfuly organized a National Level Workshop on Microcontroller on 28th-29th july,07 at MANIT,Bhopal. This workshop has a huge participation from all round the India including teams from VIT Vellore, Sambalpur University Orissa, Nirma university Ahmadabad, BIT Durg, ITM & GSITS Gwalior and MANIT, RITS, TIT, ASCT, OIST from Bhopal. Ast.Prof. Dhananjay V.Gadre, from NSIT Delhi has delivered guest lecture. He is an ATMEL authorized AVR consultant and author of one of the most sought after book on ATMEL AVR microcontrollers "Programming and Customizing the AVR Microcontroller". ATMEL has sponsered this workshop by providing various programming kits and microcontrollers. We have organised various sessions which includes complete introduction of AVR microcontrollers, their features and architectures. It is followed by detail discussion of configuring various in built componets in uC. Each participant has designed various projects eg. LED blinking, LCD, intensity control using PWM and so on and also they have programmed their hardware using AVR studio and CodeVisionAVR evaluation version. In this workshop FearBurster team has discussed various projects which can be very handy in their engineering career and further.

FEARBURSTER

FearBurster is a team of people who works in the field of Basic Electronics, Embedded system desing ,Communication and Robotix. This group is founded by Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology,Bhopal. He passed out in june,07 and presently working as research engineer in C-DOT, Banglore.
I have been actively working in this team for two years. We call this team a FearBurster as we feel that most of the engineering students in various colleges has been brought up with a fear of using electronics in practice and more over in product development and this team is working to burst this fear and bring the bright minds in research and development. We have organized a number of workshops in different colleges in Bhopal and working on to extend it on National Level. We have a good experience in working with Microcontroller, FPGAs, networking tool etc. and we are growing as a product development team.

I am Sandeep Agrawal, doing my final yr. B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology,Bhopal. I did my scholing from Shri Pashupati M.Vidhyalay, Lahan( Nepal) and +2 from Nobel Academy H.S.School, Kathmandu( Nepal).
I am a fun loving guy, and like to work on my interests. I have a very keen interest in TeleCommunication and embedded systems. Recently I have been placed in C-DOT.
